And what that meant was I made roughly 7000 mistakes. I’ve learned from more trials and errors than I can count. I oversaw the closing of more than 3000 transactions, the recruitment and training of over 150 real estate agents, and the opening of 20 expansion team locations. Absolutely. It's highly recommended that your admin start one-on-one coaching with me, but these systems are set up for any future admin to be able to jump in and utilize.
