Absolutely! I'll always be here to answer questions about your services and new systems or processes. While I do my best to explain everything during our time together, I'm well aware that it's a lot and some things get missed.
do you have post-project support?
Show up to our calls, allow me to see all aspects of the business, be honest and the most important part: bring your vision. There are a few other requirements too, like giving me access to certain platforms and sharing feedback along the way, but for the most part, you show up and bring your needs, wants, and goals.
What do i need to do throughout the service?
I take a good, long look at your current systems and processes and we talk about what your goals are in your business. After strategizing to decide what action items align best with those goals, I'll start implementing my knowledge of best practices for you to use in your organization.
What does your process look like?
Absolutely. Everything that we do around here is customized to your business's needs. We know that there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all system or process, so we make sure that your needs are met with everything we do.
Do you customize your services?
For our database turnaround, you'll have everything back to you freaky fast like Jimmy John's. Or, like 7 days, could be less.
Our Strategy to Scale Program is 12 weeks and our 1-on-1 coaching is ongoing.
What's the timeframe for your services?
CoreOps Collective offers our Strategy to Scale and Database Turnaround services. Outside of our services, we have our CoreOps Community where ops professionals can collab together. Our CoreOps Courses help develop and train admin to become growth partners in business. You can read more about them here.
