We'll have one 60-minute meeting per week for 12 weeks where I'll get to know you and your business, you'll get deliverables each week, and we'll put together a plan to keep your new well-oiled machine moving.

Once we've laid the foundation for your business, it is *highly recommended* to continue your Strategy to Scale program in a 1-on-1 coaching format, where I will work with your operations team through weekly 30 minute calls to continue their training and development and take the accountability off your plate by making sure they're doing the right things to keep 'er movin'.

And what that meant was I made roughly 7000 mistakes. I’ve learned from more trials and errors than I can count. I know what needs to happen to build a strong foundation, because I learned what needed to be in place when it broke. I oversaw the closing of more than 3000 transactions, the recruitment and training of over 150 real estate agents, and the opening of 20 expansion team locations. Absolutely. It's highly recommended that your admin start one-on-one coaching with me, but these systems are set up for any future admin to be able to jump in and utilize.

How do you know what my business needs?

What is the one-time set up fee for?
